Week 2 of the Winter League produced more high scoring despite the desperate weather on Sunday morning. Brendan Begley and Thomas Mallie both finished with a fantastic 43 points, with Brendan winning on count back. Well done Brendan

Today sees the start of the 2023 Winter League…. We are officially back to full winter rules in Ashfield GC.
The league started very competitively with a high scoring affair… Keith Johnston, Tony Hughes, Gerry Mulligan and Rodney Quinn all scoring 41 points. Keith ended up the overall winner after a count back. Well done Keith

The Final Monthly Medal Stroke competition winner of the year is Paul McCann with a super net score of 64. Paul also had the lowest gross score with 75. It is great to see Paul back in the winners enclosure for the final Stroke competition of the year.
